P&H Motorcycles Ducati team made a perfect start in TriOption Cup 2014
In the opening round of the Ducati TriOptions Cup 2014, Ducati team made a perfect start Crawley based world famous DJ Carl Cox P&H Motorcycles at Brands Hatch for, taking four podium ranks and existence prominent in Championship.
Partaking revealed a strong pace throughout pre-season testing; Dennis Hobbs and Leon Morris came into the event confident they could secure top results in their bid title for the 2014.
With sunny and dry, although slightly chilly, weather gracing the Kent circuit, the P&H team was quickly up to speed on their new Ducati Panigale899 machines during the free practice sessions.
For qualifying them improving their times significantly, Hobbs secured the debut pole position of the year 2014 while Morris joined him on the front row in third.
As lashing rain arrived for the opening race, a mix of standing water and spilt fuel made conditions treacherous but Hobbs enjoyed a fantastic start to build a healthy lead, however team-mate Morris began chipping away, passing Dennis with three laps to go to make it a P&H Motorcycles 1-2 at the chequered flag.
The riders are greeted in dry and warm conditions for the second and final race of the weekend, Dennis and Leon began in pole and 2nd position on the grid before finishing second and Dennis 3rd , connotation the pair are first and second in the Ducati TriOption Cup Championship.
